Set in the beautiful Limousin on the edge of the small medieval town of Le Dorat famous for its 12th century 'Collegiale' (church), our gite is a beautifully restored farm workers cottage, combining original features with a contemporary fresh feel.
The gite is close to our own home but has its own entrance, parking, private terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, parasols and naturally the cool shade of the walnut tree.
The gite comprises of open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, and first floor 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
The ample sized swimming pool is perfect for cooling off after a hard day sightseeing.

The gite has a private sun terrace, BBQ, a fenced grassed garden space, a children’s play area and access to the pool. It overlooks a further grassed space, trees and bushes and views of Le Dorat and the open countryside, it’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and explore.
Check in times are from 16:00, check out up to 10:30am or by special arrangement.
